Hi! I'm Fatima

I’m a designer, researcher, and visual artist studying Engineering Psychology and Studio Art at Tufts University and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts (SMFA). My work lies at the intersection of human-centered design, storytelling, and spatial experience—whether through UX, branding, or graphic design.

I was born in Lahore, Pakistan, and later moved to Boston, MA for my college studies. I am currently spending a semester studying abroad at the London College of Communication, part of the University of the Arts London.

I thrive on creative exploration, always diving into new artistic endeavors and embracing opportunities:)

Experience

Design Portfolio Highlights

I’ve worked with organizations like SPOKE Art through my internships as a Bloomberg Arts Intern with Bloomberg Philanthropies. developing and focusing on branding, design and user experience of good design that can elevate an organization

A lot of my graphic design work is revolved around community, Tufts Social Collective and South Asian Poltical Action Community to design materials that enhance audience engagement.

Through my projects, I aim to create designs that don’t just look good but help people navigate, connect, and experiencemore deeply.

Creative Endeavors

Last spring, I exhibited my independent artworks at the Piano Craft Gallery. Exploring installation, video, theoretical studies and conceptual narrative development of ideas rooted within my identity, my interest in social systems and structures that surround us. At the core of a lot of my artistic work, there is this fascination to understand the human experience.
