Boston Higher Ground
Internal Data Dashboard Platform

OVERVIEW
As the Lead Designer for JumboCode, a student-run development organization at Tufts University, I collaborated with a development team to design a comprehensive data visualization platform. Our client, Boston Higher Ground, is a nonprofit focused on improving housing and education outcomes.
The project involved transforming complex Salesforce datasets, primarily housing reports, into and intuitive and user-friendly dashboard designs that support clearer insights and data-driven decision-making for the organization.
MY ROLE

User flows, Wireframes, High-fidelity designs
TEAM
1 Product Manager, 1 Tech Lead, 1 Designer , 13 developers
TIMELINE
August 2026 - May 2026

Boston's Higher Ground works with residents, partner schools and organization to reduce student homelessness and improve educational outcomes.
They collect a huge amount of data from partner organizations, but it lives in fragmented forms, as spreadsheets and Salesforce.
Data fragmented across FormAssembly → Salesforce → Excel
No single source of truth across Education, Housing and partner school data
Manual reporting every time funders or the board asked questions
Hard to show collective impact (to partners and stakeholders)
